Production Process Overview

The Production Process:

The process to create your video is fairly straight forward. There is a short checklist of things we will need you to provide us, but for the most part, we will handle all of the details required to make you look and sound great in your television, and web video appearance.

Pre-Production:

Right away there are some items that we will need from you that will assist in making the video:
- Your corporate logo in a high-rez EPS format. Color if required.
- Any corporate images you have that best represent your company.
- Any recent high-rez video you think may be of use incorporated into this new video.
- A list of the top five messages you wish this interview and showcase to cover about your business or any specific products you will be addressing.

Once we have the the primary message points you wish to convey, we can then create questions that will get natural and confident responses in the interview portion of the video. We will send the questions back to you to approve prior to production day.

We will also send along narration script ideas for your input and approval.

On-location Production Day:

This process will take about 2 hours in total, and often we require less than 15 minutes with each interview to get the best moments that will translate into 45 seconds or less each in the video.

Here are some details that will need attention on your part in planning for a smooth production on location:

- Arrange for both interviews (or single interview).
- Arrange for facilities or products to be demonstrated on video (clearances, staging, etc..)
- Book a make-up artist if you desire. We can recommend excellent professionals.

Approval to Air:

Once the report is edited, we will send you a quicktime or windows media player version for your input. We limit the process to 2 iterations or changes unless mutually agreed upon based on technical or major issues. Once it is approved a final version will be sent to you in a digital form for use as you see fit.
